Become a GON Patron
For a season. For the work beneath the work.
Why become a GON Patron?
Because leaders don’t improve in isolation
Most global mission leaders are thoughtful, experienced, and quietly carrying the weight alone. Few have peers who truly understand the decisions, tensions, and tradeoffs they face. Without trusted relationships and space to think out loud, growth stalls.
GON exists to create those peer environments, where leaders sharpen one another together, over time, instead of trying to figure it out in isolation.
Because it’s about better outcomes, not more activity
Activity and busyness are easy to sustain. Clarity is not.
GON helps churches move beyond crowded calendars and inherited models toward practices that actually form their people, strengthen partnerships, and lead to lasting fruit. We push leaders to ask harder questions about what success really is, and whether their current approach is getting them there.
Because clarity takes intentional investment
The kind of peer-driven, outcomes-focused work GON exists to do requires real infrastructure behind the scenes.
Patron support helps build the capacity that allows the GON to function with focus and integrity.
In this early season, Patron support will primarily underwrite:
Administrative support, ensuring the work is organized, responsive, and sustainable rather than founder-dependent.
Core systems and tools, including CRM, software licenses & development, and mission-critical AI tools that form the backbone of a differentiated learning network, and become the place global outreach leaders go to think clearly about their work.
Communication and reach, allowing GON to serve more churches without becoming program-heavy or transactional.
GON is intentionally prioritizing infrastructure over staffing at the start. Resources go toward building a strong foundation that can support leaders well for the long term. Patron support makes that possible.
